As such, we know that special attention needs to be placed on choosing the right type of concrete for a driveway. Brisbane and Gold Coast area are a high-traffic area and need to be constructed in a way that will stand up to the repeated load of cars. A driveway that carries normal sized cars should be at least 10cm thick, but if you have heavier vehicles the concrete needs to be up to 13cm thick. Concrete driveways need to have strength of 4000 pounds per square inch (PSI).
